    Wheatley was taking up 2 defenders because his pace. Now we have no pace up front they can push forward more denying us the space the other forwards would have enjoyed with Wheatley still running and giving defenders no time.As for scoring as said in previous posts he looks weak but his work rate and pace are a great assett. Wheatley was MoM At Vale

    Metcalfe has been poor today and lost the ball in dangerous areas a lot.

    This is where I worry if we are going to keep playing Metcalfe and Power for 90 minutes every game, they need a lot of energy so it is a huge ask to never give them a break.

    63% possession but only 7 shots with 2 on target.

    The lack of goals is a huuge concern.. only winning 2-0 vs Port Vale when we had 33 shots is worrying…

    Our 2 top scorers Sarcs 10 and Pointon 9 are both midfielders. The 4 desihnated forwards have scored very few between them and there lies the problem signing players on the cheap

    How many goals have we conceded recently where Walker's performance has been questioned?

    He does seem to be struggling for form at the moment.
