Let's hope we can keep 11 players on the pitch. We need to stop the silly free kicks and dissent, that way we don't give the ref an excuse. With all 11 we should be confident of getting a result.

 

Sam Walker has got to be dominant and come ( and catch ) every high ball launched into his area.

 

Are we still yet to win a league game in either away kit? I think we are. Hopefully we have gone down with the home shirt and left the blue monstrosity back in Bradford!

No, I don't either, the present home kit though is the best we've had for ages and I thought we looked good and confident wearing it at Birmingham...

More a point that I never want to see that awful Blue strip again more than anything. Although I guess it will be out on Saturday at Salford.

 

That doesn't happen. The club and travel clubs don't do deals like that anymore. They used to do it when there was just Shipley Bantams but not anymore

 

Bromley play in almost all white at home so I can see us playing in our home kit….? Why do we have to adhere to the “ away kit” nonsense?

 

I hope never to see a blue kit of any shade ever again for us.

Stick to whites and black please for away kits.

 

We could go for an all claret home kit and an all amber away kit.

Galway United have some awesome kits.




Just be a bit creative with the single colour design and boom.

 

My guess is that it's contractual these days. I only say this as our firm work for Leeds and crap like kits have come up in our work teams chats on footy before. I think Leeds played away somewhere and they asked why they aren't in White, and a guy who works with Leeds at our place said as part of all Adidas deals, they have to wear all produced kits X amount of times per season.

I'd imagine we might have a similar thing with Macron? And it might be industry standard. I think we've worn away kits to teams like Carlisle, Gillingham, MK, teams like that in the last 3 or 4 seasons where there's very little clash between their home kits and our C&A. Can only imagine we do it because we have to wear those shirts a certain amount of times?

 

Yes , I guessed that was probably the case.

Many of us have suggested the claret home, amber away over the years. Roma I think it was have had some crackers.

 

The third goalie shirt in ROD's last season with us was a belter. All amber with claret trim, would love to see something like that as an away strip for the outfield players.

 

People talking about taking a point is a good result. I disagree; we should be beating Bromley and their anti-football. I can see us scoring early doors and then giving them the ball and telling them to show us what they can do with it. Mark Cheek out the game and we should win comfortably

 

I would be happy with a Roma style Claret home shirt and Motherwell style amber away shirt

 

I would be happy for them to play in pink tutu's, if they get the three points.

The apprehension of all the goal notifications coming through at once when I land at LBA at about 10 tonight is weird.
