Deary me ..

 

The Newport striker was 30ish yards from goal being chased by 2 defenders. I just don’t see how a ref consider that a clear goal scoring opportunity and a straight red card.

Tough game is tougher now. I’ve liked the look of Mellon so far. Think he’s shown some good close control and link up play, something we lack with Kav at times.

 

We're still making chances.

 

Back to being positive…

Even with 10 men (awful decision against us), we are having the best chances and still the better attacking side. Mellon playing well and so is the lad from Palace. Think we can still win this if we take our chances

Yeah but it's gone against us so everyone carries on like 5 year old even though the ref is perfectly justified in giving the red card. The guy has a clear run on goal. If he'd have given a yellow Newport would be going mental about it but because it's gone their way it's a 'disgrace'.
