One of those situations where GA has to live or die by his decisions. Personally I feel Patto and Sarc should be starting every game together, but if we win it looks like a genius move resting arguably our best player. League always comes before the cup, hope this team selection isn’t with Tuesday in mind.

Our midfield 3 of Patto, Sarc and Smallwood is our biggest strength but I'm not sure they've played together since Walsall - I could be wrong on that point. Our away record is poor for a promotion contending side so to deliberately weaken our team and risk league points is a mistake in my view. Win today and GA will justifiably feel vindicated but it's a massive risk.
For the record, I would be resting both Sarc and Pattison on Tuesday but today they absolutely should be out there imo.
Would love to be proved wrong though!

I agree, but I’d say 4 is too many it’s similar to the amount you’d change in the early rounds of the league or FA cup. A win today would be absolutely massive, I’d be only making one or two calculated changes a game in the league. That said if it works, minutes in the legs of squad players and 3 more points happy days. But the result will rest on GA win, draw or lose.
