Can’t blame McCracken there. Why on earth did Sarc play the ball back to him when they weren’t even pressing us? He created the panic by not playing the ball forward!

 

Sarc should have turned but went back to keeper needlessly. Looks well past it to me

Still think we need a CM before window shuts. Love Sarce but he isn’t playing 90 mins every week in a 50+ game season in League One. Has to prove he can do the deeper role here. Too much uncertainty when Connolly has also been re-positioned to play there.

I hope Alexander proves me wrong but not convinced we have the answer to the CM problem yet.

 

Agree no need to go back to the keeper but still a very poor kick out putting us at a disadvantage

 

I’d like to see the ref apply the rules on throw-in’s. Why are they taking 30 seconds+ on them

 

Completely agree, midfield is non existent today and we're asking Sarce to do something he's not capable of at all.

 

What a terrible half… its like the team have never played together… shocking… normal service resumed?

 

Swan has to put that chance away. Poorly executed.

Terrible defending for the goal, especially by Baldwin. Rule one as a defender head it out to the sides not right down the middle into the danger area. For all his good work he doesn’t half have a brain fart that they teach you not to do in junior football at times.

They only really look a threat from throws, can we please stop giving them cheap ones. I was hoping for 0-0 at half time as I think the wind was against us.

 

Poor pass but poor keeping also. Tbf we screwed enough moves that half that it's all on us. Should have bagged at least 1, probably 2. Poor attacking and lazy thinking at the back.

 

Haven't played much different to any other first half this season. Rode our luck a bit at times but Swan has to finish his chance. Central midfield as usual offers little attacking threat if we aren't pressing. Hope Alexander gets them to up the press like they've done in other second halves.

Sorry lads but I must be the only one who has yet to see what Beesley brings to this team.
Doesn't put himself about in the penalty box, nor looks like getting onto any crosses.
Folk say that he runs defenders ragged, then we bring on Powell to finish them off - well I just don't see that.
