Maybe, but I personally thought he had an excellent game.

He started off slow but really grew into it I thought, especially with having had a yellow card early on.

 

Just had a quick look at his stats.

Looks like he attempted the most passes, but only completed 50% of them, lowest of any their outfield starting players. Tried 4 tackles but didn't win any. Did have the second highest interception rate, though, with 8.

Meh. I think those stats check out. Wasn't all bad, but overall disappointing.
