Not really.

In the 20 matches since start of October we've scored more than one in five matches and when we did we scored twice.

On the whole, not very strong attacking-wise at all and it's got worse as we've had less shots on target.

In the same period, Lincoln have had 20 matches and score more than one on 9 occasions. You only need to go back to mid-December to match our 5.

They are definitely improving in terms of goals.

 

The 0.01 seemed optimistic

 

Don’t disagree on the formation. Of course it will all rest on the fitness of Sarcevic and Swan, who I really hope are both back and available.

Even still, I wouldn’t mind seeing Swan alongside Humphrys and Sibley in with Power and Metcalfe, but in a more advanced role. Pointon and Sarce (if available) on the bench. Why not revert to 3-4-3 if the 3-5-2 doesn’t work?

 

A lot of changes, looks to me like it's still 343 with Leigh and T. Wright as the no 10s.

 

Leigh is either gonna play his best game for us or his worst. No inbetween

 

Where's Sibley?

 

Good to have Pennington back and perhaps we'll see what Ashby can bring to the party.. just please!.. play it on the floor.

 

Good to see Pennington back. I also think Tilt looks better centrally than the left of the 3. I also think makes sense bringing in Kelly as Lincoln are quite a direct physical lot and play for set pieces.

No Sibley so presume he's another that's injured.

 

Not a fan of that line up at all. But i suppose changes were needed after Saturdays debacle.

 

I would have preferred him in a midfield 3 than on the right side of the front 3. Hopefully we can get the ball on the ground to him a bit.

 

I’m sure the statto’s will correct me but that has to be the most changes to a starting 11 that GA has made.

 

Kelly? Deary me. Another 90 minutes of aimless hoofball to an isolated Humphrys then.

 

We'll live or die tonight depending on how Tommy Leigh and Tyreik Wright perform in those attacking roles.
