I agree to an extent but love the edge that comes with the pettiness and dislike of our near neighbours. These are three games I was desperate to escape league two for so I'm absolutely all in and as Super Kev famously said ....

Footballs all about rivalries, the big games and the atmospheres. As it stands for me the two Huddersfield games are the biggest of the season. Nobody in this division I want to beat more than this lot.

 

I think so…..hence the ruthless transfer business we’ve seen in January, letting fan favs leave.

 

The jury is still out for me at the moment. We've got some high earners off the books but so far, the 3 loans we've brought in with a potential fourth in Wheatley do not scream to me that we're going for it. Let's see where we are at the end of the window and whether we bring in those 2 or 3 quality players that will really signal our intent.
