Absolutely disgraceful performance.. we are going to get annihilated vs Lincoln.. we wont pick up any points in January…

Appalling performance from City. Lack of quality all over the pitch.

 

Positives: Ashby looks like he might give us a couple of 7/10 performances between now and the end of the season.

Negatives: Literally everything else!

 

Got exactly what we deserved not 1 them put any effort in, each player gets a 1 out of 10 for at least getting on the coach this morning

On today's showing, the 3 we've brought in haven't strengthened us. Lot of work to do this next week.

 

I’ll take the defeat last week to a much better side but this week was an utter embarrassment.
Too many average players that need shipping out this week. But based on who we’ve just let go and what dross we’ve brought in I don’t hold out much hope we would get it right. Why are we in the last week of the window with non of the problems we knew we have had on Dec 31st fixed. Players and the rest of the staff need a good hard look at themselves. Not good enough

 

I thought Ashby looked decent but suffered usual problem when we get players who have been coached at a higher club. The rest of the team don't play on the say wavelength. Several times he tried a little give and go to get in behind the defence. He went but the return ball never came.

 

If only we had an Andy Cook to bring on when they went a man down

 

Neufville needs to get a grip before his career goes down the toilet, hope we can cash in somehow...

 

Who turned up for 20 minutes?

 

Reflective possibly of how far we have come and yet how far we have to go. Bringing on kavannagh, tyreik wright and Tommy Leigh in an attempt to salvage a point just ain't going to cut it. Time for the board to reflect where we want to go

 

This is a bigger result than most not for it been a local derby it’s the manner, its gap closing in, it’s on the back of poor showing last week, poor window and players who look shadow of themselves. Wheels are just about to fly off mark my words. Lincoln next gulp…

 

I'm disappointed in the lack of ambition.

We seem complacent.

 

I do like the look of Ashby. Time to drop Neufville again who looked disinterested and poor again

 

Or even a Brad Halliday, because Neufville looks a shadow of the player we saw at the start of the season.

 

By "turned up"..... all we did were sideways passes, just 20 yards further forward. No end product, we never worried their defence or keeper.

 

I really feel that transfer business so far is a bit meh !
Can't see us bringing anyone decent in and at best might??? scrape into play offs , we've ride our luck over the last 2 months ,but until we improve on the players that have gone , I think it's an opportunity lost and like my car's DPF they've gone into limp mode .
