What's Williamson on about any wonder his players struggled, I don't think they were the better team the first half and we didn't give them chance to play the second have which we more or less dominated.

 

He is a miserable man or at least comes across like that.

it's starting to stretch out though whereas a month back it was right down to just above relegation

Why on earth Walker could have taken a bit more of a run up and a proper jump god only knows. He could have punched it much further. He walked towards the ball and then tried to reach it from too far away.

 

Aye was a nightmare but we got there in the end and the train journey was very good,they sent us a bus to come back on.

Not looking to poke holes in his game, but does anyone else think Walker should catch the balls in the box? Watching yesterday, he started to move toward the ball and i thought he'll just catch this and he didn’t attempt to.

He always opts for the punch and rarely gets a good connection on it. He's a huge guy and doesn't seemingly ever jump, he sort of leans into a punch of the ball rather than using his frame and claiming it. Something I've noticed a few times this season.

 

Williamson points out that we did the basics right, for me this shows how mentally focused we are as a team. It then makes us a difficult team to beat.

 

I think he's doing ok and we are lucky to have found him ...

 

My other half said exactly the same. I thought he was being harsh. He says he is tall and use that to his advantage.

 

Me too. Just a point I've noticed in his game, he seems to watch to come out and punch and it doesn't always go well, whereas he can use his frame and actually catch and the threat is gone.
