I can sort of accept that, but ultimately last season it was the failures at home to Barrow and that like the cost us. I don't want to get to the nitty gritty end of this season and be regretting the dropped points at home to poor teams.

 

This Joe Adams signing is a real puzzle. We have midfielders coming out of our ears. Can only believe that one or two are on their way.

No it’s that Sun journo John someone or other I think, Mark Douglas is a city fan but I think he is or was the Newcastle correspondent. Think he’s quite respectable.

If you asked any City fan where the least area of concern is I reckon the overwhelming majority would say the position that Joe Adams plays. Surely the club can see that we're also well stocked in that area and we've huge gaping holes elsewhere?

 

Know virtually nothing about Adams, but it is very puzzling if he is indeed an attacking midfield player when the likes of Pointon and Walker cannot get in the team, although I suspect Walker will be on his way next week.
