SOunds like the usual chaos that Mick Lamb used to sort out with a bit of commen sense and messing with pricing etc, probably no one left with the authority or capability to do it, or the new system doesn't allow for specific things to be tinkered with.

Might be best to try and speak to Marco Townson, but there again he doesn't seem to reply to emails

I bet there's only a few hundred remaining anyway and could maybe be more hassle than it's worth to just suddenly decide not to honour the deal offered.

 

Only two seasons left and a 25 year ticket is £180 so still money to the club so really not worth stopping them now.

 

That was not the situation when I renewed, both myself and the grandson have the same seats that we've had for many seasons.
The only problem if it can he called a problem was although I had my grandsons details and ticked the relevant box's I could not pay for his until he'd logged into his account and allowed me to be assigned with regards paying for his suite upgrade and season ticket.

 

Same. Got my seat £150. No issues at all. I don't take the suite upgrade so nothing to muddy the waters.

 

Is it different prices for different suites I've paid £180 for my suite upgrade, talk about piss up in a brewery.

I wonder how sales are doing. I imagine they must be well down given the club haven't announced a running total like they did after the first 4 days of sales last year, when the total was 5262.

Club is absolutely clueless from top to bottom

Queued up for 15 mins before the game, got to the window, I said I want to renew season tickets and lass says to me can’t do that, especially 25 mins before KO. I said so when can it be done and she says next week or week after?! So I said well not according to the 500 emails and social media posts you’re spamming us all with, even just before the game they tweeted the following:



So after fighting my corner, the senior member of staff tells her to renew them, took her about 50 seconds
