Did Pickett arrive late because he didn’t know the address? Maybe he should have asked Lincoln.

Struggling to find any info out there, so can someone enlighten me on what a suite upgrade actually gets you?

I'm still on the fence about a ST tbh, but it's the first year I may get my daughter one so the thought of that is keeping me engaged.

I'd like to understand what a suite upgrade actually entails.

    • Kop - access via your own entrance + seats at the top of the lower tier and access to the Bantams Bar (food / drink / tables / chairs / TV screens + a bit of warmth in cold weather).
    • Main Stand - access via your own entrance + seats at the bottom of the upper tier and access to the McCall and Hendrie suites (food / drink / tables / chairs / TV screens + a bit of warmth in cold weather).
Food and drink is not included, it has to be purchased.

    Cheers.

Seems like a raw deal for an extra £180 a year. Access to a bar for all intents and purposes.

Yes, when my wife used to attend games with myself and my late father, they would just sit in there eating chips and drinking brandy. Bloody expensive Saturday afternoon.

I used to like the Bantams Bar before they kicked us out mainly because it’s nice to stay warm in winter until kickoff and drink from a glass not plastic. I wouldn’t pay £429 for it though absolutely no way.

Depends what you're after. I did one season in the suite in the main stand. Wasn't worth the money in my opinion as I never really used the facilities enough.

    Noteable negatives:
    - The queues for the bar/food are just as long if not longer in the suites than on the concourse
    - The service isn't any better

    Noteable positives:
    - If you're a smoker you can go out any time via the main entrance, so if the game is boring the life out of you and you fancy a smoke feel free to pop out and back in
    - The bars don't shut early second half, in fact they're open until after FT so you can have a post-match drink
    - There are many tables and chairs for comfort before/during/after the game
    - Much bigger range of drinks at the bar than the concourse

Trying to work out if we need to pay for a new physical card again. It seems to imply that the old cards won't work and new ones need to be bought but then talks about sustainability. Not sure how forcing people who need/want one to get another card is sustainable

My impression is that a new card will be required (for those who need/want one).

Those with access to a printer, may be able to just print off the new barcode/QR code/Aztec code, as an alternative.

That is mine too, but not sure how that fits with the claim for sustainability

Why should a new card be required? I get the impression that the switch to Ticketmaster hasn't been thoroughly thought through by the club's Director of Ticketing!

I just assumed they were not issuing new ones. I just use the barcode on my phone.

Some people don't have a smart phone, don't like using smart phone , can not afford a smart phone, might have lost their smart phone.

Not sure why a new card would be needed, just going off what it says on the web site about those that have previously used cards rather than their phone.

With this update, digital ticketing will become standard practice from 2024/25. Consequently, the traditional plastic season ticket cards will cease to be operational from the start of next season. Supporters are asked to verify their email addresses, to ensure they can be issued new digital season tickets ahead of the 2024/25 campaign. These digital season tickets can be integrated into Apple Wallets and Google Wallets as part of our all-new ticketing partnership with Ticketmaster. Additionally, each supporter will be emailed a PDF attachment featuring their digital season ticket, ensuring compatibility across all smartphone devices.

Youths, Juniors, and supporters requiring accessible facilities, along with their personal assistants, will have the option to request a complimentary physical plastic season ticket card - the procedure for which will be communicated in due course. A physical plastic season ticket card will be available to supporters without access to a smartphone, for a nominal, one-off fee of £5 - reflecting the club's continued commitment to sustainability.
