Hopefully JCT never have signed any contract witthout reading it from anyone they have had dealings with.

People seem to implying that the legal team at JCT are not doing their work correctly by just signing stuff without understanding what they are signing just because it is with someone they have had long term dealings with.

The club have obviously reviewed what is and isn’t sponsored and have looked to generate extra income.

 

Yes but I bet he didn’t tell the JCT, that what was normally included in by verbal consent would now be considered as another sponsorship opportunity!!

 

I bet he, I’m presuming you are talking about Edin, didn’t sort the deal out regarding the training kit. The commercial team would have dealt with it.

 

I doubt he left the commercial team alone for a minute let alone negotiate a lucrative contract without running every dot and crossed t by him!

There was also a contract worth six figures that went into the bin, because Edin hadn’t negotiated it!
