    Crazy to think that £15m only gets 80%, you could buy us outright for not much more than that.

    I really dont understand why there isnt more movement on our club, im not a financial expert by any stretch but i dont get on two fronts why?

    A) Rupp isnt buying the ground when there is significantly more to gain if he does so

    B) if people are genuinely interested in buying us, why arent they forming a queue now when they could get it so much cheaper without Rupp owning the ground, and having such a strong hand with the lease renewal given the stadium being empty is worthless to Gibb

    Me neither, no clue on the ins and outs of what people with money to burn consider a good purchase.

    I'd imagine it's because Tranmere own their ground and a new state of the art training facility, so you're buying something already set. Anyone buying us has to negotiate an impending lease or buy a stadium... either way a massive cost to another party as well as buying the club.
