Possibly, although I'm not sure that kicking off at 1pm makes much difference.

It does, however, give Ryan a chance to trial his 1pm kick off, for what it's worth.

In March, isn't that a little after the horse has bolted.

Yes, sunset is 6.16pm on that day; the floodlights may have been be required, in the second half, had it been a 3pm kick off.

Still Ryan can analyse the attendance figures for a 1pm kick off, although I'm not sure how much could be read into a one-off 1pm kick off, compared to it being a regular occurrence.

Don't forget current EFL regulations allow earlier kick off times (within the range 11:30 am to 3.15pm) to be nominated for a whole season. It wouldn't surprise me if Ryan was considering a 12:30pm kick off time, for next season, which would allow the matches to be made available on iFollow, in the UK, with the extra revenue that may bring in.

Another reason to get out of this league, as soon that pile of gobshites run into a proper firm and get a good seeing to, the better away games will be for all of us

It’s whether the club objectively counts the number of people in the ground, or just simply totals up the seats sold.
We all know that despite the official ‘attendance’, it doesn’t reflect the actual number of people in the stadium.

It's been pulled forward because the "Moosemen" need to get back as they have a monkey to hang at 6.16pm (Sunset)

Well here is the evidence from today! The 12.30 kick off and despite the time all the lights are on, the floodlights the whole shebang! Early kick offs do not ensure there will be any energy saving!

If the club were that concerned about electricity costs why did they have the lights on in the NW corner concourse ?
