Most likely you will do. The cap is 40% less than you currently spend but match day revenue will be down atleast 66%. You are likely to be short at your current season ticket prices

ST prices aren't rising when we are in a global pandemic. Absolutely no chance and would be a huge own goal.
'We know you might be out of work and struggling to make ends meet but why not cheer yourself up with a Bradford City season for only £249, just a £100 increase on last season!' -

Merc are not going to reduce the price of new cars mate. In fact price increase.
You increase the prices to you need a reduce capacity anyway. Pointless reducing the price when its not at running at full capacity nowStop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

More video here of a Danish game. Last I read they were running around 30% capacity without masks but they generally did not fill grounds before and are not reaching new limits now because 40-50% are staying away for whatever reason. (Health, reduced atmosphere, can't sit with friends, can't buy booze, holiday season, whatever.) They sit in chess board fashion with some sections not sold. It looks like adults need a seat between but kids don't. Presumably that can be policed. They've had it like this a couple of weeks so might be able to step up to 50% soon, though it won't make much difference if so many aren't turning up. The real question is when they make the switch back to no spacing.

Anybody seen what crowd limit they've set for the Charity Shield yet? It seems mad to test with that to me. If it starts to spread again, you will have done it in London. It would make far more sense to trial a full crowd in somewhere more remote like Inverness, and then maybe Aberdeen or similar. -

I haven't had a season ticket for 2 years but I've already bought 1 for next year.
It will be interesting to see how they go about allocating things with a reduced capacity. -

I will be getting an ST as soon as available , my only concern is i ( like a good few others ) travel a fair distance to watch home games , i hope the club come up with a rota or other ideas to prevent me ( and others ) to be turned away . I presume this will already being discussed at VP to put a system in place well before the proposed KO date .

The fairest way of allocating fans to a game is simply to allow up to16,000 to buy a ST and then split that in half-call each half claret and amber and allocate a colour to a game.

Ignore official stats and we had well under 10k at 3 or 4 games last season. I reckon 30%+ will stay away due to the virus to begin with and you'll lose some more if they have to buy tickets each game at £20 in advance. Some dads and lads might not be able to afford. People will pick and choose.
My guess is there'll be 5-6k at each game. Buy your friends and family close together online. Chessboard (alternate) seating with Bradford End and Midland Road closed. Season tickets resume next year. (Not worth half-year hassle.) £90k ticket revenue per game but probably no add-ons like suites. £2.1m per season plus cups, so much the same as now but it will drag commercial revenue down a lot. Total revenue down 25-30%.That could halve the playing budget normally but capped player budgets look like they might do that anyway. If Danes are already playing at 30% capacity, with 5-7k at some bigger clubs, and French up to 5k. I see no problem with all this.

Ok.. Let's base his on 5k fans...
Step 1) Those that have paid their season ticket already need refunding
Step 2) Make sure that 1k fans are hospitality and corporate. Sorry money comes 1st.
Step 3) Work out how many 25 year season ticket holders we have. Try make it 1k only.
Step 4) Increase the prices to £200 season tickets
Step 5) No Felix Card. Make announcement
Step 6) Make announcement families might not be able to seat together
Step 7) Season tickets on-sale online only first come first serve
Step 8) Put a programme on website blocking anyone over 70 getting a season ticket.

However, as I say non joking it won't be as easy as saying as all come back but one thing for sure it's highly unfair that those who have paid already get 1st go...That's just not right.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -
