    Since PP left us in 2016 with a win ratio of 36.86% we have had 12 appointments since (not including GA), albeit Abbott for one game and Trueman for a couple on his final stint.
    In that time we have played 382 games, 131 wins, 113 draws and 138 losses. Overall it gave us a 34.3% win rate,boosted by McCalls impressive 45.83% win rate in his spell from 2016-18.
    All the chopping and changing has produced more losses than wins. Hence we don't make progress. Somebody needs to be accountable.

    To be fair, most managers average under 40% across a career. I think Parkys is only 40%, and that includes 65% at Wrexham.

    call me a mathmatician but we are up to 7 defeats now......were I say,,,,,,, Fred Gee styley........ were is the next win coming from..the worst the team and their winless run the worst we play.......

    Don't worry, it will all be fine from 1st February onwards because we are going to come out of the transfer window stronger than we went into it.
