Whoever is in charge at City must sack Hopkin today. The man has no game plan. His tactics are appalling. Playing one man upfront against 10 men.? He needs to go.

His record is abysmal and expecting a leopard to change his spots is a waste of time, The whole crowd virtually knew we need an improved CB, a LB and a Forward to lead the line, But this alleged manager signs a kid at CB who is not ready, A crock at LB and 3 midfielders we do not need, He should be sacked for that alone under gross misconduct

@wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler @Bronco@Bronco the boos at the end from the away support said it all.

Hopkin has to go and however sees Rhodes or Rupp first needs to tell them.

Our performances and results have been unacceptable.

Today was an utter disgrace yet again!

He can't motivate the team and to not even full the bench when we've players like Wright and Riley just collecting wages is just egotistical.

Our business in the Jan window was a shambles.

Hopkin has to go! It's not good enough! It's unacceptable!

Get shut asap, we may even get a new manager bounce and survive, financially i'd say it's a gamble worth taking.

As a club our record in the league is abysmal. Since January 1st 2018.

    Played 54 WON 12 DRAWN 12 LOST 30. Win ratio of 22.22%

We are a club in steep decline. Irrespective of the management, I just can't see the decline ending until we release much of the playing personnel.

I honestly feel that the misery won't end soon, probably beyond next season. Especially when you consider @wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler statement that it may take 5 years to recover and the season's £2m deficit

Worry is that if we keep him and he is as bad in the first dozen games in League 2 then that is another season written off, Can we really afford that gamble?

    That's the big worry.

Unless Hopkin can a perfect League Two side on a miniature budget, what chance do we have? We won't have a managerial advantage, since Hopkin seems to stubbornly stick to things that just aren't working.

Steve Evans In now while there's still a miniscule chance of saving this ??? Any which way he would be in now and ready to hit seven tonnes of the proverbial out of every thing and everybody in League 2 come August ! Cannot lose either way. We know we nobody likes him neither do we but he's our best chance of bashing our way out of the basement League. I kid you not.

How is the Fat Cash Cow going to do that with no transfer window and no 5 million pound budget?

Surely the decision is Stefan’s 100% but he will probably take advice from Julian.

Julian sacked Colin Todd the last time time we were relegated from league one and that was a disaster ours decision.

He's not even worth a flyover. If he had any decency he'd go of his own accord.

It was a disaster because he did the same as Edin, Instead of getting an experienced manager in he tried to do it on the cheap by promoting our CB Wetherall to player manager with the result we were relegated

Whatever happens I just hope that it is decided by the end of the season so that the manager for next season, even if it is DH, has the full summer to plan and sort signings out. That has not happened any of the close seasons since the takeover.

First year PP left and was replaced by SM
Second year SM and Edin were both hoping SM was leaving, but he never did
Third year , well it was just a cluster feck
    Fourth year, fingers crossed

Agree totally, and if Hopkin gets backed as manager for next season, then so be it.

But I have real reservations about the negativity that could be prevalent if we go down and retain Hopkin - especially if we go down with a one-up-front-whimper.

    Bloody ridiculous man.

Hopefully everyone’s thinking more rationally after a sleep.

We’ve got 2 fellow out of form teams next in Pompey and Peterborough, someone has to give.

If we get a win in either of them we’re still well in touch, keep the faith guys.

Nb - the attachment doesn’t include our Shrewsbury victory as it was a rearranged fixture from an earlier game week. So we’re actually 3pts higher and on a similar run of form as our next 2 opponents.

Instead of throwing the towel in let’s support the lads. It’s far from over.

So you’re basically suggesting we should only support them when they’re winning.

    Be realistic
