'When Bradford Rocked' - 2012 Book Wanted

    Hi - I'm hoping that somebody on this forum might be able to assist me in locating a copy of a book titled 'When Bradford Rocked' by Derek A J Lister which was published in 2012 but which is now sadly out of print. I'm a huge fan of 1960's beat music and the book is an in depth look at the Bradford rock 'n' roll and beat music scenes on the late 50's to the mid 60's.     Don't know how much you are willing to pay for a copy but a quick Google search turned this up

    Thanks Stafford Bantam. I am already aware of this site and the featured pdf of the book which gives me the next best option to owning it by at least being able to read it on line. I have contacted the site on the off chance that they can help in anyway. Other than that I'm thinking of printing each page out and slipping them into a ring file!

    It's not unusual for authors to keep a few spare copies of their books (especially if it's a relatively low print run).

    I think I might have this book at home, I found it clearing my mum and dad's house out, i'm pretty sure it's that one. Let me check when I get a chance.

    Just want to put out a massive thanks to Rogered Tart for going to all the time and trouble in finally locating this book for me which I received this morning. As they say in football, 'I'm over the moon' to have added this much sought after publication to my collection and it more than makes up for City's win at my club Salford City last weekend! Thanks again RT.
