    Meant to inspire fear in the opposition and aggression in the wearer... I suppose it did work, in a way -- the Canucks made it all the way to the Cup final wearing these. Presumably the opposition were too paralysed with laughter to put up a fight...

    The short sleeve version of 35 is the one on display at the National Football Museum in Manchester.

    There is a quiz about kits on entering that section of the museum. One of the kits to guess is a claret and amber striped one - turned out to be a Burnley one c1890 or so!!
