Really? I think the signing of Riley has been positively welcomed by most and Wright probably 70/30. There seems to be less enthusiasm about Isherwood from some quarters but I'd hardly say he's been slated - I think he looks to have potential but I fully understand why some people are wary given how our other signings from Germany have turned out. You are never going to get everyone on board with every signing and whilst there has been a 'meh' reaction from some, I think claiming 'we've already slated most' is a wild exaggeration.

 

Seems Hopkin has been ruled out again, but his "type" must be what Edin is looking for (or already has). The quote went something like: "Hopkin managed 2 promotions ON A SHOESTRING" and for me, that's what's motivating the chairman.

 

We really are scratching around for evidence of a well run club if the best we can do is congratulate them on not leaking the new coach's name.
Especially as they probably haven't got any idea who it will be yet.
