    Football Manager 2019 and PUBG mainly. Although have about 100 and growing unplayed games (damn you humble bundle monthly lol. I should unsub but there is always a game or two each month that is on my wish list and would cost way more that $12 to buy on their own) that I really should sit down and work my way through but either don’t have the time to get into a new game or don't feel in the mood to start something new

    I did initially leave my assistant to do training but started handling it myself (mainly because I was conceding goals to corners and freekicks every game and no matter what my assistant decided we never needed to train defensive set pieces)

    I do staff myself as in my Bradford City save my DoF decided to let my GK coach with 15 on all 3 attributes go and signed someone with 6 and 7's.

    I do let my head of youth dev sign youth players freely and I let my DoF go out and get players but I have to finalise the contract (and generally I only accept loans he brings in) In my current save with Holyport using a custom tier 10 database the only perm signing I've agreed to from my DoF so far was all of your fav player Josh Wright who was a brilliant signing until he retired

    Did Anyone play them "play by mail games" back in the day? Get a letter every fortnight with your team details and previous results, transfer lists etc. You''d then pick your squad, make bids and such then return and wait a fortnight for the scores etc

    Cant believe they are still going in this "day and age".. Very good fun, i remember being at school waiting to dash home for the latest pack.. Not 100% but I'm sure I did a rugby one too.

    There are a few pretty big changes specifically with tactics and training which are initially off-putting. Took me a while to get comfortable with them and it makes a real difference with the enjoyment level once

    I wouldn't say streets ahead, it's quicker and seems smoother in a match but it's not better by enough to offset every other aspect of the game that FIFA is better than it in. It really needs EA to buy Konami and merge the match engine of PES with the rest of FIFA and you would have an almost perfect game

    Currently leading Cowdenbeath from Scottish 3rd division obscurity to domestic and European glory on the King of all FM games CM97/98. One Rob Steiner is very hot property but I can't get him to sign. Graham Tomlinson on the other hand was a very astute signing and bagged 30 plus goals per season before Celtic came in and nabbed him for a fair few million!
