What’s happened to our backup keeper Ben Wilson?

He’s never mentioned in the injury updates.

Hasn’t been on the bench since the Wycombe game.

From the injury update the other day

Meanwhile, midfielders Jim O’Brien, Jordan Gibson and Danny Devine returned to full training earlier this week, alongside striker Tom Clare.

Ben Wilson (knee), Joe Riley (quad), Luca Colville (knee) and Alex Jones (hamstring) are expected to return to full training within the next two weeks.

Kelvin Mellor, who suffered a broken toe during City’s defeat to Rochdale, will be back in contention before the end of this month.

Cameron Hawkes (knee), Jake Reeves (pelvis) and Curtis Peters (foot) remain sidelined.

Worrying to see so many young players injured.

    Long may O'Donnell reign!

Very good keeper, well proven and hasn't let himself down once this season.

I think Ben Wilson might well go the way of our previous no. 2's

I'm presuming you weren't at Blackpool?

Player of the year so far - Definitely.
Immune from errors - Definitely not.

You presume right. It's telling when I've picked a POTY in Oct/Nov and it's our keeper

I wonder if our shambolic approach to preparing the players physical condition over the summer, is anything to do with their shambolic physical condition?

In other news 'Greg Abbott has now reverted to his recruitment role'.

To quote Dodgeball, 'it's a bold strategy Cotton, let's see if it pays off for them.'.
