So we have 9,000 or so season ticket holders that leave 1,000 for the taggers on.

10,000 tickets, divided by the two clubs = 5000 tickets to each club.
I mean, I'm no Carol Vorderman but even I can work out that 8 or 9000 doesn't really go into 5000. -

If the Final date for the EFL League 2 is 8th May 2021, and the Play Off Final itself taking place on Saturday 29th May 2021, then when will the semi finals take place?
If the first play off takes place on Saturday the 15th May and the return match on Saturday the 23rd May, then the club hosting the second leg could allow supporters into their ground, as the Government rules about 10,000/25% spectators, come into play on the 17th May 2021. Arguably not only an advantage with a home tie, but with your supporters in the ground behind you!
The EFL needs to address these issues and clarify its stance. -

Stallard..... Goal.... -
So as it stands one team would be able to have a limited set of supporters attend the second semi final.
Given the angst which occurs, then if (and all this is pure conjecture) we were to play at home in the first leg, without supporters and in the return leg, the opposition supporters were able to attend, then the situation is likely to be very interesting, to say the least. -
so first leg 12th and second leg 16th -

3 points off playoffs with a game in hand, 8 off autos with a game in hand. The in form team in the division. It’s not unrealistic, promotion should be now the only talk on our lips. Great turn around.

The rules and restrictions are ridiculous. At the end of May there’ll be a handful of Covid cases daily so I don’t think it’s unrealistic to think the June 21st date might be brought forward especially when they won’t want Euro games played with 10000 fans only -

Realistically, if we somehow ended up at Wembley, I'd be happy to rule myself out of that one.
10,000 at Wembley sounds like a truly dreadful experience. -

Who are the people who put money on us to go up, when were were at the bottom of the table? What sort of odds did you get? Could be a nice day all round for those that took a punt! (if we win)
