Me neither. I'm sure Sparks and Rupp must have a plan.
With a plan, we're in a decent position. The stadium is useless without us!

The area its in is truly awful. Im actually embarrassed by the state of the area surrounding it. Little the club can do about that i suppose but the council don’t give a flying fig. A "proper" football ground is all well and good but at some point you have to go with the times. You have to improve to prosper eventually. The opportunities that come with a new ground along with improved and modern facilities is the way forward. It wont happen while we are rotting in league 2 though. -
I’ve been to over 70 football grounds and for me our ground apart from the size of it is abit crap. It needs an overhaul. I don’t think you’d disagree on that? Would it maybe be worth moving and maximising out potential? Absolutely… If you want to continually live in the past then crack on.

Once you go in the champ, there's different safety check rules for stands too, hence why Peterborough couldn't open their oldest stand all last season and now have scrapped it for approved safe standing. Think from memory QPR were having to look into it too for one of their stands. Luton only get away with it for a loophole on their small stand, because it's just now exec boxes only rather than a 'stand'. The TL Dallas might end up needing some work to even open in the champ without some money put in it. -

Seemingly these teams with new grounds or developments, either have a well off owner or have the council pay it, then the clubs arrange buy back leases, where they pay it back over a long long time but it's much cheaper than rental agreements. Like before, Stockport have bought their ground for £2m over a 250 year agreement. Rotherham sold their old one, owners backed another chunk then loaned £5M off the council, which they paid very early. Brentfords was a mix of many investors and loans. Looking over the recent moves for lower league sides in terms of stadium purchases or moving, it looks like the ones that move, have a stadium to sell to the councils to help fund. The ones that dont own their grounds either have to buy it at an enlarged fee for what it is, or move with outside investment. The easiest outcome is Rupp buys VP, but if after 6 years he hasn't kicked those talks off, begs the question if he ever will? Or is he hoping he gets a good offer and lets a new guy deal with any stadium question? -

At Apperley Bridge the Stansfield Arms was adjacent to the playing field where Bradford FC came to prominence before the move to Park Avenue in 1880. (The same venue was also significant in the history of association football in Bradford.)

It has more football history than you think -

Well training at a school does not appear to be much of an issue to Mr Hughes and the team so far this season
Although if we had are own facilities , surely we would be promoted by now. -

So this is a decent deal at a mere £14.50. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/363645207023?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=710-134428-41853-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=363645207023&targetid=1405062617979&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=1006912&poi=&campaignid=17218284410&mkgroupid=142217514411&rlsatarget=pla-1405062617979&abcId=9300867&merchantid=7323514&gclid=Cj0KCQjwkOqZBhDNARIsAACsbfLD1zFOU8BMRg05iGUkfCWfE3OiDg4BjoN8iZQxcmcA10y8588OLhkaAjxLEALw_wcB -
