Agree. Was at Boro when Ormondroyd scored off his face-did we win 2-0 that day? Great following in that end that day.

 

Weren't too impressed with chants if I remember correctly tried to storm our end at half time ,could be a little naughty up there back then

 

Yes as you say tasty up there, they started singing about the fire so our lot sang back "what's it like to s**g your kids" as there was a kiddies abuse scandal in 1987, never heard anymore chants about the fire, but were they ready for us when we eventually got let out, gangs on every street corner.

We don’t need to think about Boro, we need to beat Peterborough, but more importantly we need to go to Plymouth and beat them.

 

The cup has actually been a good distraction for us so far this year.

Took two attempts and penalties at Aldershot but the way we had been playing it was good not to lose football matches for a bit. And then the two late goals on Saturday can hopefully give the lads confidence for this weekend.

and then have a go in the replay and who knows?

 

We did, like you say, great following. Ormandroyd got both. I went with Patsy's and we stopped in Thirsk on the way up, it was just full of City fans.
