    I hadn't heard about Jim Rodwell but January would see him 12 months on from leaving Sunderland and free to move on. He is very experienced, did have ambitions to be on the EFL Board at one time and is the sort of character who would fit well with Barry Fry.
    I came across him at Notts County, in the days of Sven, then he moved to Scunny and then to Sunderland with PP and crew, in fact they had two Board Meetings in my office complex in summer 2020. Very bullish guy who I think lives within easy reach of Peterborough so it would fit.

    Absolutely. And something we should always bear in mind is that Rupp is a very successful German multi-millionaire and if and when he wants to sell us, his contacts will be Europe wide if not global. Sometimes we think very parochially.
