    Just wondered if any City fans here have Type 1 diabetes as I’ve just been diagnosed this week at the age of 45. Came as a shock. Haven’t had my first hospital appointment yet but I’ve been referred.

    So I’m a bit worried and looking for some moral support. Thanks all.

    I won't lie, it isn't easy at times, but if you are disciplined then it becomes second nature to live with.

    It does take time to get used to.
