are we starting to improve over the last few games apart from the Luton result we have drawn with Peterborough twice yes one was a cup game but game from 2-0 down and today scored 3 yes conceded 3 but a few games ago I would have said at 1-1 we might have lost, it might be just me been optimistic but I think we might start winning a few next two games at home let’s try win them both

Conceding 3 to a team equally as poor as us would suggest not.

I'm not one for saying this or that game is a must win, but I do think after the Posh FA Cup game the home games against Walsall and Scunthorpe I believe we will win both games but I'd be happy with 4 points.
There are a lot of teams in the final third of the league who are performing as poorly as us and a few performing even worse, still plenty to do but we can get out of this mess.

It depends what you are judging against. If its against the first half of the season then we are definitely better. Still not turned it around enough to look like getting out of the relefation zone which is a worry. Until we stop leaking goals we ain’t turning any corner.

We’ve lost 1 in our last 6 in all competitions.

If somebody had offered that 2 months ago every one of us would have snapped their hands off.

Yes, there is a bloody long way to go. However, we have definitely turned the corner for the better.

    Really, who's performing worse?

We are bottom of the table and in the last 8 games (a good number) Bradford City have gained the least points out of all the clubs in L1!

Yes I get that and agree up to a point, we were leaking goals but failing to score, I don't like shipping goals but at least if you're scoring your in with a chance if you go a goal down.

We are bottom of the league table because of how things have gone previously, our last 6 games have us in 19th place with regards recent form, as I say I think we will win our two home games against Walsall and Scunthorpe, that could actually take us above Scunthorpe with 23 more games to play.
Maybe I'm still giddy with the recent good news, I honestly believe the feel good factor will rub off on the players and we will avoid relegation.

I admire your positivity but face face.

We need wins mate and back to back wins.

Until that starts happening then for me we will be going down.

Our defence has more holes in it than your boxer shorts

Which ever way you look at it we've gone to the 3rd worst team in the league and conceded the lead 3 times. We haven't turned a corner, we've still got the same shit defence and if it wasn't for Payne we would already be down. We urgently need 2cbs and a left back to stop the flow and give us a chance. Why he persists with dogshite like Chicksen when we have Wood makes you wonder if Hopkin is worth trusting with money in January.

We have performed better recently, yes still a big ask but as I said two home games 6 points the bottom of table will look a lot different, of course that's only my opinion.

I'll be surprised if we stay up, but I was at Glanford Park this afternoon and Scunthorpe were abysmal (not quite as bad as we were in September/October but not far off), so based on that, I left with some hope that we could overhaul them - but the other teams down at the bottom will no doubt have the same idea.

No we are definitely on the turn! It is just we are coming from so far behind. If we can win these next three matches we might get the winning bug.

Plymouth are decent going forward and rubbish at the back and are better at home. We picked up a point and now have two home games where we need to get points. The transfer window is nearing

Turning the corner - try defending one!

Seriously though we scored 3 goals in one game as opposed to 3 in a month. It's a start. Long way to go.

The positive for me is that we are scoring goals and creating chances again.

Yes, you need to defend properly to win games, but scoring goals is harder and bringing in players that score and create is a lot more difficult than improving your defence. Check any transfer records in any league!

Don’t get me wrong, our defence is a shambles, but if you could pick one of two areas to work on in Jan I’d rather it’d be the defence.

It worries me slightly we still aren’t seeing better organization and defensive discipline under Hopkin but we seem to have been forced into changes most weeks and there’s little continuity.

The only thing more worrying than City's current league position is the fact that Fordy knows how many holes there are in Broncos boxers.
