The other positive from this is, after the window, he goes and scouts for us, so we're prepared for the summer too.

No! Far from it.

Rhodes was so poor. Sparks is just putting in the simple moves.

Bradford City are slowly moving into the football world of 2021 that’s all. The club was so far behind and is still behind.

I like the direction we are heading but it’s far too early to praise anyone yet.

 

Be interesting to see the viewpoint, when players leave, that aren't viewed as 'dross'

 

He's doing well but honestly, he is just doing his job and it just goes to show that recruitment is a full time job these days and having the same bloke manage the team and try to find and recruit players is just madness. It's not the 1980s any more.

Anyway, don't want to be downbeat, he's started well and long may it continue!

 

Happy with the ingredients so far but if today could be the icing and cherry on the cake,I would be truly impressed.

 

Don't underestimate what Lee has done so far. I don't think it's coincidence that our recruitment in this window has been nothing short of remarkable in comparison to previous windows and that's since Mr T arrived in the building.
I lot of praise has been heaped on T&S for the recruitment, but I think the main person pulling the strings here is LT. No disrespect to T&S but these two lads couldn't have pulled in the players we have without expert help. They're just too green.
Praise must also go to Ryan Sparks for fixing a gaping hole that has been there for all to see for far too long.
Lee is not some magician, he's just doing his job. A job that other clubs do each window. As @Fordy117 says it's too early to go awarding medals. But it's nice to see what happens when you get the backroom recruitment right.
