    Get your point entirely. What I dont get is the constant harping onto Richmond, whist others around at that time appear to be made of teflon.
    You mention 'he' this 'he' that, I would suggest it should be 'They', as they were a collective. There seems to be a lot of amnesia around from that time.
    Have some tough luck also don't they picking THEIR buisness partners chancers both Gibbs & Richmond (Richmond I'll give you some slack with admitedly).
    A lot of bad business decisions have been made by the Directors of Bradford City , although hindsight is 20/20 vision.

    Yet there are club's in recent football league history that have come from worse adverse times in the last 15 years and have thrived far better than us.

    They were tough times but that's what the admins took care of, writing off huge chunks of debt. To blame Richmond for the last 15 years is plain daft, he didn't help but was gone by then.

    I’ll ask again. How does paying the stadium lease to Gibb change the fact that the club spends money on substandard players every year and has is on its fifth manager since Stuart was last sacked. Two and a half years ago.

    The Richmond debts have gone, the two administrations have seen to that.

    City have a big wage budget that is wasted every year. If they can afford to pay that, then how on earth is the stadium a millstone? If Gibb let City play for free in the stadium, they’d still have the biggest budget and still be shit. The stadium is an irrelevance in that context. It’s expensive, but even if it were free to play in because it hadn’t been sold to pay back debts, the club would be no better off on the pitch.

    Blaming Richmond is a fallacy.

    Are we still blaming Richmond for our downfall early 20 years later? News flash - we have spent 2 seasons in the top flight and a further 9 seasons in the Championship since the end of WW2.

    We can thank Richmond for the majority of the above. We can't blame him for our current situation. It is simply the Bradford City way if history is proof of anything.

    How folk still take those EFL rumour accounts seriously is beyond me. It’s the equivalent of getting a dodgy ad on your phone and believing the local Milf living 2 streets away for you wants to f**k. Stop being so gullible. A spotty nerd sitting behind his computer desk does not have the inside track of 92 football clubs.

    Anything they get right is either through chance or is Information that is already out there and easily accessible.

    Trouble is they they do strike it lucky now and again eg Levi Sutton,Billy Clarke and I believe Watt.
    It's all part of the pre season crap compounded even more by the shinanigins at the EFL this year.
