That would be the perfect scenario but if people decide not to purchase a ST, that's is there choice. You do not have the right to chastise others for their decision especially going on to say "The one certain thing is if the fans desert the club like a few say they are going to it will die" .

Have already got mine whether I use it much is another question
Can fully understand people not buying them due to the uncertainty surrounding the club
However other than a cheap price what are the club doing to encourage people to buy ??
We are near certainties for relegation we don't have a prayer of attracting a team anywhere near good enough to bounce back up its ok the club selling season tickets "cheap & early" but this can play havoc with cash flow next season in light of the rumoured debts

 

Cannot see these players having the bottle neck to play in that final home game v Wombledon ? They will get pelters expect to see most of them nowhere insight with Bowyer saying he wants to give chances to those who might want to stake a claim for next season . Sykes-K Riley Devine Patrick Maltby Goldthorpe Colville ! ...

All of it. But a "few" (parks word) supporters not purchasing season tickets is going to be the ultimate driver in this so called end of the club?

100% agree. I don’t have a season ticket due to living south. However if i did live locally I would happily pay more than £149 for a ST, just as long as the experience (football aside - can’t ever guarantee that unfortunately!) was enjoyable. I don’t find this at VP on the limited games I do make, haven’t for years, and sadly this season especially I’ve not enjoyed the away games I’ve been to. Midweek away games are better, they seem to avoid the idiots we’ve seen at Rochdale, Walsall, Oxford.

 

People will watch a winning team regardless of whether they play in the Premiership, Championship, L1, L2, Conference or a Sunday morning Pub team, so those that choose not to buy a season ticket or flexi-card may start dwindling back through the turnstiles, paying a match-day fee and generating regular income. However if it is to be L2 then they have to make sure we have a squad that is capable of delivering results, and early.

YOU have just justified the meaning of Leisure and Pleasure. WHY, oh why, would an individual 'sponsor', with their hard earned, a business or enterprise which delivered less than the alternatives ?

The likelyhood been closed parts of the ground to try condense the atmosphere and save money. All of which i hate to see at big grounds when less then 50% full.

 

I think you might find that Julian does exactly that at the end of this season, just hope he has an adequate replacement lined up.
