At this point in time, I can't really see us finishing outside the top three.

While the division is as good as ever, and it's not weak, the fact is we're looking very strong. We've even absorbed injuries and postponements to remain top three.

It would take a real catastrophe to dislodge us long term in my opinion.

 

I think Mellor usually finishes a season on better form than he starts. I've read that a few times.

 

No, it's not an awful standard. You're mistaking that for being the best side.

The Premier League isn't awful, but I bet there's a few demented Liverpool fans who think so.

 

PL isn't an awful standard at all. 4 clubs were in the European finals. Pl is the toughest in world football.

Div 2 is an awful standard hence why it's the lowest league in the football league but this season it's extremely weak.

 

Get doyle back hopefully keep Reeves fit.keep the loans. Send anderson and Patrick out on loan and we'll piss this tin pot league. I'd even send devitt back if Doyle's wages were an issue. Automatic promotion is a must anything else is a failure in my eyes.

 

Devitt is a strange one for me never even seen him play (not since his last loan) so don't have much of an opinion on what he'd add to the team.

 

Cracking results today. Its tight at the top and a few back to back wins and we could be top of the pile.

Also a couple of back to back defeats and we could drop like a brides nightie.

This league is average at best and if we can keep steady results flowing then we could all be looking at going to Hudders and Barnsley in the league again next season.

Unless we get a double promotion we won't be playing Hudders.
