I think were now at the fork in the road with Adams the complete football DullArd. Look we're crap we know we are and we not going anywhere north of this shit house division anytime in the next two years and likely longer. But we surely can be doing a lot lot better than this even if it amounts to playing a style of football that breaks the rigid boredom of DirebAll. I mean just look at the state of the table Village Green FC a wacking 22pts thats Twenty Two points ahead of Bradford City its an absolute disgrace and Sparks and Adams have led us to this. Well no longer Adams is totally wrong for this club. A arrogant; beligerant man who constantly hangs out his players to dry; treats the support with disdain and has no game plan other than nick a goal then everyone decamp back to our 18 yard box. The season is over hes got to go

So heres a few names I know who I would prefer. I have left Adams on the list because some of you will carry on saying blacks white when its clearly not. But who do you think can at least offer us some hope in the last 12 weeks of this season. Get us playing some football we want to be bothered to watch. Reassess this mediocre group of players and have us in some sort of shape for next season ?

If you have anyone in mind thats not on my list lets hear it ; I knocked it up off the cuff so some might be in a job ?

By the way had anyone seen Dion Pereira ?

I’d crawl over broken glass to get Michael Flynn in. I guess he can look higher up the pyramid though.

Why’s Paul Cook not on there? He’s better than them all on that list excluding Warnock who we’ve got more chance of winning the lottery than getting, and he’s available isn’t he?

Both Bower and Jones have made far more sense than Adams when assessing the games on commentary. Flynn also knows what the club is about. For me the main thing is needs to be someone with some passion that wants to play some actual football not just see how far we can kick it and then camp in our own 18 yard box (a la Adams & Bowyer). Can’t see any benefit to the “stick with Adams brigade” the guy is not a fit and just doesn’t get the fan base and what we want to see, I have never disliked a manager as much as I do Adams absolute arrogant shithouse and not who I want in charge of the team I usually love to go and watch.

Flynn top had one decent game against us, every other time I’ve seen his teams he’s very Adams esk. Suppose it follows a like for like trend at least so not chopping and changing styles to much…

Only person who would remotely tempt me to renew next season would be Cook, unless Rupp sells up then anyone.

Would also add to this Pete Wild. Saw someone on here mention him before and I liked it

Wild's done a great job at Halifax. Every year he loses his best players and he builds another team.
    Seems to have excellent recruitment.

I want a manager who is new and proactive and looks at the game with a modern perspective. Newcastle and Brighton have managers like that, and I’m sure there’s plenty of up and coming mangers coming into the game who just need a start. Rooney for example seems to have plaudits (and respect to him turning down the Everton job to continue with Derby), but these days it’s rare to find an English manager who makes it. Southgate has done a good job.

There must be some non league managers who are fast tracking their careers, but then again we’ve tried that with T&S. It’s a tricky one, age vs experience. I don’t know the answer, but I’m for sure DA isn’t it! Jim Jeffries mark two!

From that list, Cook. After him, maybe Neil? Otherwise, though these are somewhat busy already: Wild, Nathan Jones...

The same Paul Cook that made a pigs ear of the job at Ipswich? He’s not a standout candidate at all IMO. I appreciate what he did earlier in his managerial career, granted.

We had a chat at the time. You suggested Ian Evatt, which I thought was a good shout. Lads kicked on and a great win against The Mackems today.

Wild and Evatt have kicked on. Just like some of our fans champion, non league signings like Charman, managers can also work.

Take Howe. Bournemouth 2009, 4th division to Premier League. Graham Potter, Osterunds from 4th tier to the top league. Martinez, Swansea to Belgium coach.

I accept lots will never hit these dizzy heights. But, it can happen.

But our club has issues. Adams has highlighted it, again today. Its a guess on my part but it's at the top of the club, most likely the disease that is Rupp. Until this changes, I'm lost in understanding why we change.

If the issues, cultures fail to change. How can a manager change the fortunes of the club?

I do wonder if a lot of what they have done good has been as a result of him? I know everything I read about him he gets praise upon praise. He was always good as a pundit. I mean it’s left field but I think if he got a go at the job he’d be good? It’s about time we went for something different other than the run of the mill league two managers

Agree With all of that. I don’t understand why adams continues to reference the problems in the club? He only ever seems to mention it when we lose. No mention at the fans forum?

Sometimes the good ones come from nowhere don’t they, especially in L2. Mark Bonner last year a case in point
