Highly doubt it. He will have been forced to sign a heavily worded “compromise agreement” before any severance pay was made.

If he breaks the terms of that agreement, which will be absolutely crystal clear in what it says, he can be taken to court for breach of agreement.

These are common place in white collar industry

I'm probably one of the few City supporters that doesn't despise Tony McMahon.
I think his comments show the team spirit we had - they loved playing and training together. things went wrong when Tony spoke up, on behalf of the squad, over the Hendrie affair - and was essentially told by Edin he'd not be considered for first team duties. this only changed when Grayson came in and said he wants him in the team, with ER agreed to, which he wouldn't when McCall was manager.

we lost games that ultimately did for Stuart because of spirit in the camp being shot to bits from above, injuries, players out of position to cover for those missing and lack of reinforcements.

 

I'm with you @Ricc,. not only did Grayson get him back in the starting 11 he made him captain.

Yes. The rumours were surrounding him going on ‘strike’ over the affair. That isn’t true. He was given the same treatment Killa has had this season.

I thought scunny made an offer for McMahon in jan, if edin wanted him out why didnt he sell him and pocket the cash?

Surely, edin wasn't being petty and refusing to sell him, just freeeze him out.

 

Surprised @Silverbantam isn't on the team photo lurking somewhere in the background with @Bronco next to him with those high power binocs he has.

 

I asked the same question and was told Edin didn't want to sell to a fellow promotion candidate, possibly expecting Grayson to turn our form around.
Yet when I questioned the same with regards to Wyke I was told with his contract running down it made sense to sell him to Sunderland, which can't be argued against, but the fellow promotion candidate can't be used this time .

 

After watching the video and the Hanson incident I can see Edin being the kind of person who would chop off his nose, so wouldn't surprise me.
