Just musing a bit about this. A good team has a lot of strong positive characters who can carry each other through bad patches and have an obvious camaraderie on and off the pitch. This side, however, seems to have quite a few petulant or sulky individuals and I'm wondering if they have an effect on morale and, thereby, results. The people I'm thinking about are O'Donnell, POC, AOC, Rowe, Sutton and, to a lesser extent, Watt.

I’m going to retire hurt, take a break from reading on here for a bit.......
Has everyone lost their minds, we’ve lost a couple of matches FFS.
Before T&S took over we were going down, sorry @fordy and all others who don’t think we were, statistics and results say otherwise. As does a manager who consistently says the teams good enough to go up whilst playing Guthrie as a main striker.....we were front to back abysmal.
I’m sick to death of people going on about AOC because he threw a strop at Portsmouth several years ago, ROC has never shown any petulance, POC & Sutton play with passion, put in a real shift every match & we’ve pretty much written off Rowe because he doesn’t celebrate as loudly as we’d like!!
    I give up!!

Dont you bloody dare Meltham - we need a few more positive posters on here, not losing the ones we already have! Stick with it mate, I think some of the overly negative input has been because this latest 'slump' has come a bit out of the blue. We seemed very resolute and suddenly we look shaky again - but when you look a little deeper we are very short of viable options in key positions and we cant go from the crap last autumn to be where we want to be in one window. Have a couple of days off and then return, refreshed and re-invigorated ;)

AOC is about the least petulant and sulky footballer you are ever likely to see. Many a time we've while he's been here there's been plenty throwing their teddy's about and numerous that have sacked it off altogether and made out their injured or ill or whatever. Throughout it all and even when some hefty brick-bats have been lobbed his way he's got out over the parapet and got on with it. This thread is surely a wind up because if you think team chemistry is bad now what did you thinking when Doyle and Vaughan were moping around and the lad from Wimbledon wouldn't come out the dressing room.

Team chemistry isn’t a problem at Bradford City.

    Lack of leaders however is.

Canavan is a leader and should be captain. Paudie should be his vice captain - he's learning.
