As fans say the system they were playing can be very attack minded, but originally it was about getting results and our defense were very good with regards not shipping goals, to then use the same formation to attack teams surely players had to be change, at league two level I'm not sure the same/similar 11 starters can change midstream.

 

I accept the right candidate has to be given the job and we haven't been great recently with regards managers but as you say get the right man in and changes are very possible, you mention McFarland, also Dolan, Cherry was a rookie but did well, Lennie Lawrence couldn't but Kammy could followed by Jagger, is it luck or have the people making the calls doing enough due diligence.
