I don’t know if there is any truth in your assertions. I do know somebody needs to stand up for the poor folk of Syria and their childrenwho are being subjected to vile chemical attacks by a tyrant back up by a tyrannical super power trying to disrupt our world.

We've bombed them before sending in the experts to ascertain if there was a chemical attack. Report I heard yesterday speculated that deaths were due to lack of oxygen in the tunnels that people are staying in due to a sand storm.

Me too, Park...But does dropping more bombs, then telling them to piss off when they flee the destruction actually help there situation, or not?...I actually don’t have a strong opinion on this, I think using chemical weapons is disgusting, but then I don’t think the West interfering in the Middle East, again, by dropping more bombs, actually helps...It’s a difficult one.

 

I accept the refugee issue is a major problem and a very difficult one to resolve with the receiving countries indigenous population. The immediate concern is the chemical weapons and to stop the genocide. I understand the bombing caused little or no casualties. I don’t think Russia or for that matter the states take many if any refugees

 

I dont actually think it's just a matter of that , the UN could if they wanted declare a war free zone and gather all the refugees and give them a safe haven . Then the waring factions can slaughter each other with no innocent deaths . The middle east problem will only be resolved by the middle eastern countries . They have fought each other since time began , The west and Russia are using these poor people as ping pong balls , just for once i would like to see the UN do something positive instead of holding endless pointless debates and sit back and do nothing while men women and children are slaughtered .

 

You should be safe in Kaliningrad as its detached from Russia which means the Russian security services can stop most of the Russian hooligans from travelling as they need to get flights. Ok city, not particularly interesting. Used to be part of Prussia but the Russians have managed to irradicate most of its German-ness. This is where they will launch the missiles from if we go to war so very military oriented. Limited accommodation so get it booked.
