He is, but its the whole back 5 thats a problem.

Positives today. Long-term, I'm more optimistic. Short term, I hope that defence doesn't get us relegated

When your luck is rock bottom……?

Much , much better , but the centre of defence …… Who said Paudie is an asset?

    Yes for the opposition perhaps?

Hughes will get there but with an awful lot of squad changes.

They are 8th….Blimey , it shows how dire this divi is!

6 points off Stevenage now, other teams below have played less than us

Need to pick up 3 points soon. The gap to the bottom 2 is down to 9 points. Need those injuries to clear up asap.

Much better overall performance. Finishing - same old, same old. Almost guaranteed Swindon were going to score at the end. Bass is a liability off his line.

We're so compromised by our defence its untrue.

Hopefully we stay up with the buffer we have. Overhaul in the summer and let's see what next season brings. Positive signs, but Hughes must be backed, and that while back line needs replacing

Played well today. Lavery, Evans and Cooke all improved the side.

took my daughter to the toilet and missed the pen. Payne looks fat. Sods law he scored after being booed as he came on.

we could have been 3-0 up at HT. Deserved a point at least. No concerns from me, we’ll ship out the deadwood at the first opportunity.

Hughes has spotted the better footballers already with his changes. ROD will be back in next game now……

We are significantly better in terms of goal difference. You never know, we just might need it!

He’s rash. Its a shame as his shot stopping has been decent and he made a good save to his right towards the end before his moment of madness

Gutted by that, to be honest.

The midfield diamond was a treat to watch at times, Callum Cooke, Gareth Evans and Alex Gilliead were impressive.

Andy Cook struggled to get into the game, but Caolan Lavery looked full of energy.

The defence, though, is an obvious weakness. Songo'o MOTM seemed a strange call, but you can't deny he at least looked improved and better understood his duties. Paudie cleared off the line a couple of times.

Foulds and Hendrie don't really do it for me, but Hendrie is at least steady - an upgrade on Threlkeld.

With the exception of Robinson, even the subs were decent. Poor Theo. He's very much in the Clayton-stage of his career, even though he's younger than Donaldson.

Bass made a wonderful save from a header, then threw it all down the drain with the most idiotic challenge I can remember in quite some time. Why, Bass, why?!

Also, McKirdy might be a total tool, but in the last five minutes you could clearly see he wanted the win more than any other player on the pitch. He still looked fresh and still had pace, and kind of ran us down.
