    Sutton United have been (and continue to be) busily working away at their improvements to the away capacity.

    At the start of the season the away capacity was 132 seats and 368 terrace = 500.

    Now the new stand has been completed the seating capacity has been increased to 414 (132 in the temporary stand and 282 in the new stand). However work is now going to be undertaken on the terracing, which will be closed for several weeks.

    The good news is that, if all goes according to plan, the terrace is scheduled to be reopened for the visit of Bradford City, with a new increased capacity of 672.

    So, all being well, there will be in excess of 1,000 tickets available for our visit (414 seats & 672 terrace).

    In addition a 'new' uncovered terrace will be available at the end of this month which, although it will be mostly used as a home area, can be allocated as an away terrace if there is sufficient demand. This terrace will hold 370 fans and, if it is allocated to away fans for our visit, it would take our away allocation up to 1,456 for our visit.

    PMSL ! You think we’ll take 1400 fans to Sutton for a meaningless fixture? We’ll be lucky to take 500

    I'm not suggesting that we'll take 1,400, but I do think, especially with our London based support, that we'll take well over 500.

    I just wanted to let those who were worried they might not be able to get a ticket (due to the former away capacity of 500) that there should be plenty to go around.

    thanks @Storck@Storck, hopefully we’ll get a ticket in with the away fans, though of course they should go to ST and priority first, we are back of the queue. We’re going whatever, but this gives us more of a chance to be in with the away fans, fingers crossed.

    Last away game of the season, combined with a London game which we tend to travel well to plus it being a new ground for most, if not all, fans I can see us taking more than 500 especially if we do have a good ending to the season.

    Woah there.... You can't just come on here and bandy about facts willy-nilly.... We need some clarifications here...
    • You said 'visited' - are these grounds you've attended a match at or some you've been on a stadium tour or gig at or does it include some you stumbled upon at the end of a good night when you were wandering around lost with your kebab and chips?
    • Does this include grounds that are no longer in use as grounds, national grounds??
    • Does this include clubs that are no longer in existence?
    Details, m8!! ;) :D

    Absolutely bang on. There is a larger South/South East mob, than lots imagine. I was one of em for 20 years. The amount of City fans getting on trains at Bishops Stortford for the Wembley Northampton game was amazing.

    Yes there will be a number based down south. However, I think a number of us drove down most of the way, parked up and then took a much shorter and cheaper trip than all the way on public transport. I know we did, paying to park on someone's drive and getting the tube in to Wembley. Watford a good bet for that purpose. Bishop's Stortford not so direct, so maybe they were all local.

    We were in Carlisle when the season kicked off and got talking to some Carlisle fans in spoons. They are coming to our home match v Carlisle in fancy dress and wanted ideas of what was relevant to Bradford. Not being able to pull off a curry as fancy dress I told them to come as sheep for the wool trade.

    I have attended a Bradford City fixture at 91 PL and EFL clubs.
    There are some grounds I haven’t yet been to.
    Eg. I went to Filbert Street - Leicester but not to the Walkers Stadium but I’m still counting that I’ve visited Leicester City to watch Bradford City

    I’ve also been to 12 National league clubs and 7 National North clubs.
