Sunwin Stand lower legroom

    Christ, it seems even worse down here now the new seats are fitted - no legroom whatsoever!!!!

    We moved into posh seats upstairs because of lack of room. Hubby has a bad back and 6ft.

    Been in Sunwin a few times for pre-season friendlies in the past, and I've no idea how people sit in there out of choice every week. I'm only 5'8'' and I struggled with the leg room

    I'm 6'1" with tree trunk legs and to be fair I had no problem today. Helped not having two big units at the side of me l.

    I sat in there today and didn't think there was an issue with legroom. Just had Charlie sat nearby doing cuckoo sounds to a bird (feathered variety) on the pitch. Bizarre, quite bizarre.

    Top tier is far spacier in the Sunwin. I know its newer and better designed, but we were a few blocks in from the NE corner on bottom tier and it was awful! Forgot how bad it was as we were in Kop for last year’s friendlies.

    without ripping up the concrete not sure if they can do anything through. Top tier being steeper helps

    I love the Exe seats loads of space and a fantastic view. One problem for 5’1” people the steps are massive I have to hold on the rail or that could just be old age. I don’t know why we didn’t do it ages ago.

    Sat a few rows behind Charlie he was quite humorous. Agree seating okay similar to the Bantams Bar my grandson is 6’- 2” and a big lad sat at the end of the row quite handy for me though to nip for a wee wee.

    The legroom is tight. We sit in the lower tier and there are four who are 6 Footers. Thankfully we have end of row seats.
    Yes Charlie was about three rows behind us during the Hull match. I didn’t even notice him at first. Usually you can hear his antics from across the ground. Perhaps mellowing in his old age?
