    I am a bit puzzled why my picture features in City's ad on Twitter for suite upgrades next year.
    It was taken at last year's player of the year awards. I didn't know it had been taken and they certainly didn't ask me if they could use it.
    I sit in the Midland Road so can't make use of a suite anyway.

    Probably because you were in a suite at the time and part of the t&c of the ticket will be you sign away your rights for pictures taken

    I would claim image rights, 10% of any suite upgrade goes in your pocket. Alternatively, I'd blag myself a free suite upgrade for next season.

    An upgrade is of no use to me as we sit in the Midland Road, alongside neighbours we have known for 25 years. Perhaps I could claim a free pie or two?

    Laws around photos taken that aren't say in your own personal home/property are quite ambiguous.

    You can take photos of people in the street and do whatever you wish with them. And if you take a photo, you own the photo rights. If you ask them to remove it, that becomes a different issue.

    It's a nice photo :)

    I wouldn’t if I was you. The catering at VP is appalling. When we first upgraded to the suites it was fine home made pie was good. A year later and they changed provider yuk. Plus they put the price up last season. The revenue from food and drink must be suffering.

    They searched high and low for someone smiling in the Suites and this was the last time anyone was caught smiling in there. Photo's of glum faces walking out after losses to Forest Green didn't make for a good campaign.
