    Interesting that Longridge is number 3 seeing as Woods was there all last season and finally the debate over Billy Clarke's position is ended. He is not a number 10, he is a 16. o_O

    Don't think there's a lot to read into it, most have kept the same number and the only ones that have changed have got numbers that were available from departing players.

    Nothing particularly to be read into those numbers other than the lack of a number 2 to me confirms the club is after a first choice right back - ie AOC at RB or DMH at RWB is not Stuarts plan for the season

    Obviously harder to do with the restrictions but personally I would want 2. Having to fall back on those two options long term if I was manager would fill me with dread

    I remember Kamara’s first managererial game away at Stockport I think it was - Carl Shutt player number 2, and Wayne Jacobs as number 9.

    Would be much appreciated. Either that or ring the players and get them to decide on a single name. Why they feel the need to be so greedy and have two I don't know :)

    I spent all morning creating the new goal motion graphics for twitter with fancy animations and start plugging the players names into it only to find these 3's double barrelled names break all the alignment.
