    What a load of sh*te, Lewis 5 times world champion in probably one of the most dangerous sports out there, and Jimmy Anderson who has been consistently the best bowler not in the top 3, bollox !!!

    Very few personalities left in sport these days.

    I think Gareth Southgate, unexpectedly, is one of the best at the moment. Pretty honest and upfront.

    is it best sportsperson of the year or sports personality. There's been bigger travesties in the past. Michael Owen won it once. I'd rather watch paint dry

    I must confess I had never heard of Geraint Thomas, until I saw the news the following morning. When I first saw his name, I assumed he was a Rugby Union player!

    Awards ceremonies are a big boring turn off for me, whether that's sports, music or film. So never tune in
