now, before anyone jumps on my post - there is something that may need clarification..

it states as part of the mission statement that the group is wanting to hold the owners to account, which is clear.

however, can we ascertain from this the aim is not for a change in ownership? as it isn’t clear and that may need clarification if someone from a media source, etc questions what it is that wants to be achieved.

infact, a change in ownership is not mentioned anywhere apart from in the link to the other group and that only states edin rahic. it kind of implies you’d be happy for mr rupp to stay.

just trying to help clear that up - don’t shoot.

I can’t speak for everyone - but I feel that Edin won’t be held to account - he’s refused to change before - and if that is the case then new ownership is vital.

Looks good to me. I think it's "effect" rather than affect. It would be worth checking.

 

I'd be far happier with Edin not being at the club, Rupp employing a professional to run the club would be a massive move forward.

 

i think @Bantam42 and @CL89 may disagree with that.. you’d ban anybody who didn’t toe your party line - fortunately, in the real world it doesn’t work like that. we’re not living under communist rule.

There is no point in pinning it to one particular outcome, because for fans there are degrees of agreement if that makes sense.

1. Some fans want both owners gone.
2. Some would prefer Edin to be taken out of his position and a professional to run the club.
3. Some fans are just not happy that our team and club have hit rock bottom and are fearful of change. Better the devil you know.
4. Some ppl want to know what will happen if the both go, who will replace them.

As you can see a range of views and I have probably missed a few, and as well as views of ownership, we then have just as many views on how to protest.


At the moment I think we just keep it as loose as possible to protesting about what is happening at the club, and certainly there is a consensus that Edin should leave. Other than that I doubt you can go much further in narrowing it down. If you pin it down to one outcome and one way of protesting the fan base will fracture. What is vitally important is that we keep us all together as a fan base. I can live with some ambiguity while we make progress.

 

Edin in or out? I won't hold my breath

 

Agree. If they're not going to sell up, this is the only other acceptable outcome.

Either way Edin needs to go.
