I'll be pissed off if Sunderland game is brought forward at all, I don't arrive at Heathrow until 7:00 am Saturday of the game!

 

Conversely I would be more than happy for it to be moved as I am on a plane during the match, however seeing as you've got a fair trek I'll take the hit just for you.

Wigan wasn't televised was it?

Before the aforementioned away games from last season I recall us playing terribly at Sheffield United and losing to Scunthorpe the season before, we crashed out of the play-offs televised away at Millwall too.

I can't recall too many other away TV games in the last few years, though there was the capitulation at Reading when our dream of being televised on the BBC was finally fulfilled.

We got the 0-0 at Fleetwood that took us to Wembley last year, but generally our away record when televised is terrible - nothing disloyal about pointing out facts!

 

I completely agree with you here, I do think we do better on the telly at home. I remember Bradford City Vs Bristol Rovers on sky, pretty sure CW got a hatrick that game if i remember correctly.

 

And didn’t get paid his bonus for it ha ha

 

I imagine it's disruptive to the active Leeds fan. However all the ones I know are Sky Sports Leeds fans. Sit in the pub banging their chests shouting Leeds Leeds Leeds. But have never visited Elland Rd.

Thing is SKY get paid by advertisers on viewing figures and like it or not Leeds figures are higher than most and that is one of the reasons they are chosen so frequently, It will be the same as last year when they were on I believe 19 times
