Nowt to do with fans.
The reason we aren't the biggest budget is because other teams are investing. Not because they have a higher gate.

We need Championship football with 15k season ticket holders paying £350 per season or we need rid of VP.

So we Sack Adams, who cost money to aquire and get rid off. Bring in Mark Hughes , more than likely at a cost.
Where has the money come from.
Inflation is running at 7% , How do the club cover that. No increase in ticket price means it all comes out of the playing budget, or we try to increase commercial income.
Fans want better football and players, but dont seem to want to pay for it. -

According to documentation obtained by the BBC, the club is spending some £17,000-a-month on renting the town centre stadium. The County Ground, which has a capacity of 15,700, has been the club's home since 1896.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

There's also claims the ground costs nearly the same again in terms of upkeep because it's so old.
So about the same. -

I don't know what our upkeep is. -

When Lawn owned the club he ran it on a shoestring basis to give every penny saved to the manager for the playing budget, At the moment our off field employees seem to have bloomed to quite a big staff maybe more staff than players, Now we may need those staff but the simple rule that a member of staff ( non football ) should bring in more than his own salary should be applied to see if they are really needed or are just taking money out of the club that could be spent on the players

With the economy and the world heading like it is , holding your prices, may be very noble, but eats into any profit you make and reduces your spending capacity.
I have just had an e-mail from my skip suppliers saying the cost will rise by 12% from the first of April.
I would love to be in the position to not be bothered by that hike, unfortunately it will be passed onto my customers.
Bradford city is no different. Business rates , fuel cost, water rates are all rising at an alarming rate. Do city absorb all these so we can have cheap football. if the answer is yes , then expect reduced playing budgets and poorer squads.
Business owners can not keep dipping into their own pockets to prop up company's, it is a sure way to bankruptcy.
Rupp might be worth £100 million, but how much of that is cash at hand and how much is assets. Good idea Stephan, sell your profit making business to pump the money into a league 2 football club with no guarantee of a return. -
