Sure somebody from the club said last week that 25% are newbies. A few might be returners who stopped renewing though.

They did when they made the first announcement around numbers sold
We were at around 5000 then so 1250 new
If every one renews, we could be looking at well over 15000 , gain that promotion and could be more

That was my calculation , but yes even so, if replicated that would mean 14,000 + 25% …..more than this season as an approximation.

I think if I was going to buy a season ticket then I would wait for the latter three weeks where they have a choice of the seats not retained.

Omg this is horrendous, I hope your OK and I'm sorry you've had to go through this ordeal, someone needs to accept the blame for this.

Well l renewed on Tuesday, by phone. I can see on my bank statement that the purchase had gone through.
However l haven't received any email from the club confirming the transaction.
I haven't got in touch with them, as l anticipate that they will have been extremely busy and don't need the hassle.
So not sure if we get new QR Codes etc.

    What are your experiences?

We didn't get the QR codes until June/July this year.

I've had an email confirming but nothing else yet.

I'd imagine you can probably see it on your online ticket profile under transactions.

I couldn't renew via the website. Tried 4 times it failed. Ended up renewing via my mobile and worked. Confirmation email seconds later.

Doing my bit to bring the happy clappers back down to earth ;)

Not sure if ticket office is open today but if it is don’t go via Queens Road as the queue for tip is massive and blocking Midland Road

I renewed ours via Direct Debit. Got a confirmation email straight through with the payment schedule. It said something about the tickets following later on (didnt pay extra for a plasic card).

must say, big thumbs up to the club offering interest free DDs again. It is a lifeline to so many, esp when your u11s are ready to move up into the young adult category!

Direct debits seem to have caught on now in football finally. I think they've finally realised that it makes season tickets more affordable and it helps clubs with cash flow knowing they have a minimum amount coming in each money rather a load of money April/May time. The EFL are also pushed for this to be a requirement for clubs to offer.

    Erm, have to give the ticket office a huge thumbs up;
However, if you need to call them rather than show up then there can be access problems as you know,
On Weds afternoon at 3:45 i tried to phone them but just got a dead line
On Thurs 10:00 i went to the ticket office and there was no queue(weird, not use to this) and a helpful lass moved my season ticket to a new seat, to sit next to my youngest lad who wasn't a season ticket holder but was buying match tickets when he could attend and the helpful lass rang a current s/t holder and asked if he wanted to move to a new seat so me and lad could sit together next season and this was done and dusted before the seat changing deadline.
Now i have buyer's remorse after the swindon result but i cannot complain,
Which is very un-like me regarding City

Renewed mine and my wife’s today.
Direct debit is an absolute no brainier to be honest.

£600 over 12 months is just so much more manageable.
Did it for the first time last season and will continue to use his method for as long as it’s available.

All unsold seats will then be released at 12.00pm on Thursday April 17. The early bird and Direct Debit period will then continue until 5.00pm in-store, and 11.59pm online, on Friday May 2, before our final game of the season against Fleetwood Town.
