Nothing to do with the Daily Mail mate. Boris couldn't even say that Christmas isn't ruined for families and the 6 thing won't last until then.

Scotland have said no sport trials until October 5th at the earliest.

Point is they were never serious about getting crowds back in.

My granddaughter goes to BEBC and there are still 30 in her class attending, and at lunch there are 600 pupils in the dinning area a 300 split with a barrier between them, no one wants to see a second wave but we must get back to some normality.
The Premier League will be pushing the agenda with regards fans attending they have already lost £700m so far with regards the pandemic.

Boris doesn't have a crystal ball in front of him, and with the gotcha news reporters they only want to get something solid like a date or a figure to throw back at someone when that date or figure is breached.

Boris is a bit of a buffoon but he would like to get as many things back open as soon as he can. I still fail to see for your call for BCAFC to issue a statement due to newspaper speculation. The line in the sand was drawn by the club quite clearly as being,

    1. Games will be shown on ifollow whilst CoVid 19 restrictions do not allow people into ground.
    2. Fans will be allowed to attend games on a basis of spliting season tickets to allow no breach of reduced capacity.
    3. All season ticket holders will be allowed to attend games and ifollow will be removed once the restrictions as lifted to allow so.

So in your eyes what statement requires issuing?

Bradford as it stands is a special case being No2 only to Bolton in rates of infection so it was always likely and I have said all along that localised restrictions could see a team like Harrogate having fans and us having none for fixtures played in the same competition on the same day.

My theory for what it is worth for this massive spike in cases across the board is the age range that would most likely be working as bar tenders and waitresses are between 20-29 as it is kind of a student job/part time money making job.

Last month the government went all out to get people back into bars and restaurants. Someone working in that environment working on a full day shift is likely to be of that age and they are more than likely to be exposed to a number of people over the course of the day, where as the person going out for a meal is only going to be coming into contact with a few people for a short period of time.

I know the government like scapegoats and have used this to load their figures to suggest these people are the ones driving the rate through ignoring lockdown rather than these people being in front line jobs putting them in the middle of the infection.

There will be many people taking the piss, and these people are of all ages. People who refuse to wear a mask, people who refuse to social distance, people who go to a pub after taking a test then panic when the results come back, people going to the pub to watch BCAFC as can be seen in this Video are doing nothing to help stop the spread in the City because it's a good piss up and it's cool for social media (look at 4min in, we aren't supposed to mix with other households indoors in Bradford yet here is a pub full). I'm all for supporting City but this video is a disgrace as these kinds of gathering do nothing but prolong the restrictions.

My Christmas would be ruined if I lost a close family member through Covid, I get the "we need to get people back in work rather than at home" the company both my daughters work for have said make plans for working from home until the New Year at the earliest.

Cry me a river premier league. The turnstile income from premier league games is pocket change compared to the TV deals. The majority of that loss will come from the failed Chinese broadcasting.

Lets get this right the Premier League does not rely on gate income to continue, and no one force clubs to pay out hundreds of pounds a week on wages. The lower leagues however rely 80% on matchday tickets and sales and will go under.

I dont understand your reply I never said I feel sorry for the Premier League teams just that IMO it will be their loss of income from the likes of Sky/BT and other media platforms yes including China that make the government allow fans in I'm hardly crying a river.

Sorry I thought you was implying I felt sorry for the Premier League, with your crying a river comment.

I've no loyalty to the Premier but I do think it would be those clubs lobbying Parliament that might get fans back earlier, obviously the losses they have sustained over the pandemic will be a concern to them.
I'd suggest the pandemic has caused more of a loss to the teams in leagues one and two and up to a point the Championship, who's owners are not as wealthy as the Premiership clubs owners.

    That's just madness!

And once the ground opens even on a restricted basis, we'll all be mixing with some of those idiots who have shown no respect for the need to social distance. I can fully understand why some fans won't be watching football in VP even when we are allowed back in.

It doesn't need a Covid Marshall, it just needs reporting and getting shut down.

If any of that lot were working with me I would be extremely pissed off.

They are thick as feck for posting themselves on the internet and social media, breaking the lockdown.

I don't think that ifollow should be used in a commercial manor either.

I think this is the lad who posted that video of the smoke bomb being let off in that pub some time ago.

I notice Charlie was in the video. So anyone who knows where he drinks should have an idea where this pub is.

And the lad doing the video has even taking his grandad with him. FFS.

Wouldn't spend £10 on an Ifollow pass but travels to virtually every home and away game according to his you tube channel. Wonder where he was when god was giving brains out?

I know where he normally goes before a match, as l have regularly seen him stagger out of it, as l walk to the ground, so I assume it may well be there?

Yep, having looked at their ‘Facebook’ page that seems to be correct. Similar to the other venue. I guess the issue for City will be, does the bar have permission to use i-follow? The authorities should determine if the club is complying with the current operating policies. A pub near where I live, had its licence temporarily suspended, ‘A pub has been closed for flouting coronavirus restrictions. The Pub has been closed by the council after a series of rule breaks, dating back to March.
That includes allowing drinkers inside when all pubs were closed by the government, and later allowing too many people on the premises and having no social distancing - with reports of more than 100 youths drinking outside the pub’.

Well it's in the terms and conditions regarding use,

2.8. You must not (nor authorise or permit any other person to):

    2.8.1. use iFollow contrary to this contract, including use for any unlawful purpose contrary to any applicable laws and regulations, including in the country from which you have accessed iFollow;
    2.8.2. use iFollow other than for private and domestic purposes. Under no circumstances must iFollow nor any content be accessed or used for commercial or business purposes, without our prior written consent;

As for the pub, well the evidence is pretty damning. There is no social distancing, there are gatherings of different households, there is enough going on lets be honest to shut them down no questions asked and possibly fine everyone there.

I don't want to be a killjoy but I live within the Bradford Council district and actions like this have having a knock on effect to what me and my family can do. When I see actions like this and then every week i am told I can't take my kids to see their grandparents and tell my kids they can't have their friends round then yes behaviour like this is selfish and I don't care if the book is thrown at them.

On a none personal note but on a level for people who have businesses in the City many pubs who are struggling in this climate who are following rule to the law are then let down by others allowing this to happen. Like in Bolton when the ban hammer comes down it's to everyone, so whilst this pub would deserve the sanctions, many in the district who have been following the rules would be hit badly (closing of pub restaurants etc) should sanctions like Bolton be imposed here.
